I understand that The Disco Dog Club reserves the right to remove the foster dog from my care at any time.

I will notify The Disco Dog Club Directors immediately if any medical or behavioral issues

I agree to make my best effort to maintain regular communication with The Disco Dog Club so they can update the dog’s profile and create social media posts to help find their forever home.
